I made this last year as a light-hearted mailer to send out to our clients wishing them a happy Xmas. Mike thought it was a bit misguided (well I think ‘sadistic’ was the word he used) and I didn’t end up sending it. Not sure what was going on with this one really. I definitely wasn’t wanting to kill Dolly Parton… I really like Dolly Parton. Maybe I just wanted to make a record cover for the soundtrack to a country and western Christmas musical slasher movie. Definitely a bit of that, and I think I was just really ready for a holiday. In that kind of mindset where your sense of humour gets pretty creepy and you start busting out really inappropriate jokes to people you don’t know very well…
So this is a special dedication to anyone who has worked real hard all year and really deserves a holiday, for their own sanity. Happy Holidays, and I hope you do have a killer Christmas. Watch out for a big start to the new year including the much anticipated brand new Fracture website and other goodness! :)
